In Matamoros alleged thief they amputate fingers and forehead tattooed with narcomensaje

Matamoros, Tamaulipas A suspected thief entered the General Hospital of Matamoros, Tamaulipas with two fingers of his hands amputees and a tattoo on the front, where they said they did a thief.

Authorities are investigating now where they have committed the theft to find those RESPA aggression.

The man was identified as Jesus Salvador Tamez and was amputated the thumb and little finger of the right hand. Forehead tattoo saying "I cut fingers x rat."

The man claimed not to have committed a robbery and was a victim of a mistake. He added that unknown person or persons captured and amputated fingers.

Tamaulipas authorities conducted an investigation to find those responsible.
