Who is Jose Rodrigo Arechiga, 'The Chinese anthrax'?

Jose Rodrigo Arechiga Gamboa, was security chief Cartel "El Chapo" Guzman. He was born on June 15, 1980 and began his ascending career in the world of drug trafficking as a bodyguard for Vicente Zambada Niebla, "The Vicentillo", a position he left in 2008.
